Although this is a 1099 role where you are fully in charge of your own success, the company provides outstanding training, tools, and guidance at every level. The culture is uplifting and collaborative — Area Directors, Regional Directors, RP’s, and even the CEO maintain an open-door policy and are always willing to listen and provide advice. Once I committed the time and dedication needed, I found myself achieving a level of success I didn’t think was possible. The combination of independence and support makes Goodwin truly unique.
