In certain departments the pay does not represent the amount of work one does in that department.

We appreciate you sharing this mission-focused perspective. We also appreciate the hard work and commitment everyone brings to their jobs at Goodwin House – our staff are the heart of what we do. We believe it is critical that our team members feel prepared and fulfilled in their roles.. In early 2020, Goodwin House Inc. announced a commitment to raising our minimum wage to $18 by 2023. Since then, incremental raises have already gone into effect. We hope that with these pay increases and feedback like yours, we can continue to improve the work experience for staff at Goodwin House.

Parking and somewhat lo pay but leadership did awesome to compensate.
