We believe it is critical that our team members feel prepared and fulfilled in their roles.. In early 2020, Goodwin House Inc. announced a commitment to raising our minimum wage to $18 by 2023. Since then, incremental raises have already gone into effect. We hope that with these pay increases and feedback like yours, we can continue to improve the work experience for staff at Goodwin House.
