Pros

N/a. This one will require some thought

Cons

To know how much employees are valued and the dedication to mission, look at the 990 tax forms. $56 million in revenue, yet every year 2 numbers decrease - employees and number of people helped. At last count they managed to help 19 people and spend $11,000 to do that however each member of the “upper elite” received a minimum of a $20,000 salary increase. The avg worker makes $9.54/ hr while those upper elite avg over $100/hr. Only helping 19 people and decreasing employees each year, yet they continue to open stores. Obviously not to expand their dedication to mission but as a means for the elite to continue to pad their pockets. The president makes more than the president of the United States and the other 4 elite make double the national avg for the area. The proof of an employees worth and their dedication can be found in the 990s. Look at the employee number on the front page and direct client assistance in schedule I . Money donations tab is always blank, unless it is to their other charity no one knows about and they will list a $100,000 donation. The trust of the community is gone which is why during the great give at the holidays the cannot reach the goal of as little as $5,000.

Pros

Remote work, flexibility, work/life balance

Cons

Everything else: leadership only cares about themselves and their salaries and looks for ways to remove anyone who gets in the way of their agenda. Complete and total lack of professionalism and competency. Terrible communication. Managers ignore complaints or problems because it requires them to do actual work instead of coasting by on the bare minimum. Management and executive leadership's actions and behaviors the fact they could never possibly cut it in a real organization with expectations or professional standards, so they will only ever do the bare minimum of what it takes to keep the paychecks coming.
