      Great mid management and easy workload Easy to park yourself and work on your degree to get out of there.

      Cons

      This organization is a bit self licking ice cream cone. The contracts they bid on are only to perpetuate their ability to exist. There is a lot of dog and pony show going on that hides faults to keep up their self image. Next to impossible to negotiate raises.
