      Pros

      Great helping the community with deals on used items. A great work atmosphere, most times. It was great to shop there as well.

      Cons

      Dealing with difficult customers and donors. Having to deal with a huge volume of donations without the proper tools to process the items.

      Pros

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Cons

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
