The management try to make up excuses to not give out the annual raises. They put the company first but what about the associates? They come last. There is no way to move up I was there more over 12 yrs and there was no chance, had to quit because I wasn't given a choice. management it's quite awful and very unreliable sometimes they are actually up to get you
