      Goodwill is great place to get training in Banking, IT and Constuction and to work with person striding toward those career

      Cons

      Limited slots for training so you have to do interest form and response as soon as you are notified about the training

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Cons

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
