      Pros

      They help the community with job training, housing assistance, scholorships to go back to school, they give people with felonies a second chance.

      Cons

      they'll hire just anyone to be managers/asst. managers that have no patients in order to train people right which makes them have a high turn over.

      Pros

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Cons

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
