      Pros

      There was some fun times, but it was mostly bad. goodwill is a for profit bussiness. they take donations and they sell them and keep all the profit.

      Cons

      Horrible company to work for. Horriblr benefits, they treat emplyees horribly. no incentives, bad pay, bad training

      Pros

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Cons

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
