Cons
95% of the employees are recovering addicts or as a record. Management and corporate don't know wtf they are doing. Pushing more product on the shelves then there is room. If you don't make make there numbers you get in trouble. Pulling items off the floor in less than 3 weeks. Because there just isn't room.Drama and favoritism is at an all time high. Also they will not use your PTO if you leave. You just lose everything you've earned. I lost an entire week of PTO. There is no work life balance. They expect you to schedule your life around their schedule but don't post the schedule until the day before it starts
