Pros

Some of the people are great to work with.

Cons

Schedule can change on a daily basis. No room to make plans for off time. Have to cancel vacation frequently. Frequently different departments don't communicate changes in operations with each other. A lot of times you are given directives/goals that can't logistically be completed.

Low pay compared to competitors within job market, outreach events after hours and on weekends, framework for growth not clearly established

Pros

Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

Cons

Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
