      Not enough sanitary measures in the back. We grab dirty laundry all day full of bugs and there's not much we do other than wear gloves

      I get paid consistently. I don't have to stress about restraining people or raising my voice. My clients are friendly.

      Cons

      Terrible salary and hourly pay rates. They claim they care about the community, but don't do anything for their own people to make sure they're taken care of and paid fairly.
