      The manager is the best boss I have ever had. The team all does their job.

      Cons

      There is too much gossip between employees. The Customers act like 2 year olds. Corporate does not care about their employees.

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Cons

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
