Pros
Everyone here is great to work with. Its a fun environment and pretty laid back. I work at the home office. They are currently building a new building.
Cons
It's a non-profit so pay isn't great. The insurance is killing me. I can't afford it. The plan had an extremely high deductible. People can be whiny and compassion about stupidest things. Repetitive work.
