      Coworkers and management are great down to earth people. And Goodwill is willing to give anyone a chance for employment.

      Schedules can change suddenly, but that's to be expected with retail work.

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Cons

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
