Pros

-A lot of great people to work with -The job at some point used to be a challenge and fun to work at for someone new to it -Customer can be some very cool people to talk to and interact with

Cons

-Management is ungrateful and favoritism is very rampant, do not let the store manager Laquita fool you -She often talks behinds peoples backs, especially stuff told to her in confidence/personal -Daily goals for us have doubled and are nearly tripling, but we have received no type of benefit or compensation, except for a meager $.50 raise. -Management purposefully does not acknowledge you out of sheer spite or dislike. -If a manager by Laquita is there run, I really cannot stress that enough, literal Pandora’s box -Abysmal Technician pay, 10$ is far below national average(15$, and climbing), excuse is being a non-profit.. while continuing to hound us about profit and daily goals.

Pros

Work fulfilling both physically and socially, dealing with donors and fellow employees for this retiree and former legal and business professional.

Cons

Creepy, clannish, petty, and cultish management is more interested in humiliating others under the guise of "following rules" many of their own making than in ensuring that the work facility is properly equipped to handle daily workflow. Communication nonexistent. Managers pop in and out, apparently stationed at some secret location.  Robotic replies to legitimate work questions when they weren't out-and-out nasty.  I've occasionally dealt with this sort of folks, but never an entire collection of them cheering each other on as might appear in some deleted scene from "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest." Poisonous and bizarre. Recommended only for the Abnormal Psychology student.
