      Flexible schedules when I was going to college. Good managers . Learned a lot about retail

      Workplace drama and sometimes we were short staffed. Company themselves constantly changing polices sometimes for the worse.

      I get paid consistently. I don't have to stress about restraining people or raising my voice. My clients are friendly.

      The pay is that good. I have to travel to NYC every day.

      Great impact on the community

      Cons

      Terrible salary and hourly pay rates. They claim they care about the community, but don't do anything for their own people to make sure they're taken care of and paid fairly.
