      Very good to work for. The hours are guaranteed. The people I work with are great.

      Cons

      Very hard physical work at times. Varying shifts make it difficult to balance home life.

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Cons

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
