No thanks - Retail Sales Associate Goodwill Employee Review

Toxic work environment, drama, rumors floating around, management was awful with a “I’m not here to be liked” attitude. no limit to the number of items customers can bring into a fitting room (MAJOR THEFT PROBLEM) and so they leave ya a mess to clean up because the inconsiderate customers don’t bother hanging them on the rack for you they just leave it in a ball on the floor or in a cart 80% of the time. Management FORCE us to ask every single customer at checkout to donate there hard earned money to some “charity” we know nothing about. Management is unprofessional and talks about their employees. District and regional managers are usually out of reach and don’t respond when there’s a complaint. The place is simply garbage, literally.
