      The manager at our store let's us be flexible. New store so pay is a little higher.

      Cons

      Take away any overtime hours you worked. Hard to take a Saturday off if full time.

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Cons

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
