Hope Paul can pull us out of this spiral! - Programmatic Account Manager Goodway Group Employee Review

The former CEO quite frankly nearly drove GWG into the ground. He was much more concerned with posting on LinkedIn looking for praise about what a great leader he was than actually leading the company. His need to grow Goodway employee count was baffling as we subsequently had RIFs at least once a year. It was often placed it on employees to focus on bringing in new accounts. Definitely the "bigger is better" mentality which was the opposite of why I came to work here. Employees that were either not ready or would never be ready were promoted to Associate Directors and continue to stay there. Salaries are stagnant. Many haven't had even a cost of living increase in 3+ years (I'm sure this does NOT include senior management).
