Communication was an opportunity area for Goodwall, but the company has improved much over the years. It can sometimes feel hectic, but it's the kind of glorious hecticness that comes with a fast-moving startup.

I've been at Goodwall for almost a year now and it's been a great learning experience. I immediately felt like my opinion mattered, which allowed me to feel comfortable asking, suggesting, and taking action.
