      flexible, small team and good for short-term

      Cons

      unclear expectations and did not do what i was hired to do. i didn't learn anything, management was poor and unorganized. for a wellness app, they don't care about their employees and there's a lot of work drama.

      Great team with a positive working environment. Developers are expected to be very independent and responsible for the product end to end. No political issues or drama.
