Great vision, poor administration - Anonymous employee Goodman Community Center Employee Review

Unfortunately it is overreaching and doesn't seem to support the programs equally in it's effort to be so far reaching. Teachers and lower admin are undercut by decisions higher up, creating very stressful work environments, poor cooperation and frustration. A shame.
