Reputation better than Reality - Anonymous employee Goodman Community Center Employee Review

Poor management which leads to continuously chasing grants, fundraising dollars. No strategic plan. Most programming for minority youth is created and/or executed by white women. As well intentioned as they are, there is a disconnect with the kids and programming tends to coddle the kids instead of preparing them for real life.
