Pros

I’ve had a truly positive experience working at GoodCore. The company provides an excellent working environment that fosters growth, collaboration, and innovation. From the office setup to the overall culture, everything is thoughtfully designed to ensure employees feel supported and motivated. One of the standout aspects of GoodCore is its leadership. Management is approachable, and genuinely invested in the well-being and development of their teams. There's a clear vision, and communication from the top down is strong and consistent. Importantly, the company maintains a healthy, politics-free work culture, which is both rare and refreshing. The emphasis on teamwork, professional integrity, and continuous improvement makes it a great place to work.

Pros

Working as a Senior Frontend Engineer, I had a great experience overall. The company fosters a respectful culture where everyone—from interns to the CEO—is valued for their contributions. The environment is positive, competitive in a motivating way. Work-life balance is well supported, and the organization offers good benefits, including hybrid work, fuel card, health insurance, OPD coverage, annual bonus and team activities like project completion dinners.

Cons

Currently, not offer a provident fund, which is an important long-term financial benefit for employees. Introducing a provident fund in the future would greatly enhance the overall benefits package

Pros

Working at GoodCore as a software engineer has been a good experience overall. The team is friendly and easy to work with, and there’s a genuine sense of collaboration rather than blame or micromanagement. Engineers are involved in discussions around requirements and solutions, which makes the work more interesting and meaningful. There’s a good learning environment, especially if you’re someone who wants to grow technically by working on real projects. Flexible working hours and a trusting culture also make day-to-day work smoother.

Cons

Like most software houses, workload can increase when deadlines are close, and the experience can differ depending on the project or client. Some processes could be more consistent across teams.
