      The food quality is amazing

      The management is really poor, if you’d ever call it that. There’s no clear hierarchy, the owner frequently breaks rules and overworks employees, and it over all just isn’t a safe space to be honest with your employer.

      Pros

      The staff and environment is great, so long as you hold up your end of the deal - which is working. Staff tends to be younger and inviting, the owner is a great guy. Pay is average for a job like this, $11-13/hr + some tips.

      Cons

      If you sensitive to moments of high stress, it happens frequently.

      The food is incredible(50% discount ONLY)

      Cons

      Lots of responsibilities for little pay. Opening responsibilities less than closing. Depending on your management, pay may differ person to person. Talk to your coworkers about your wage, it's illegal for them to tell you not to! Unionize!
