- High attrition...most people seem to quit or are let go...hitting 2 years is rare - Poor communication from leadership - Lack of processes - Lack of career growth - Unrealistic expectations for small teams - Arguably just another PE-backed chain doing what PE-backed chains do I was excited when I joined and relieved when I left. I liked 95% of the people there, but there wasn't much of a coherent culture. Reactionary work/politics. Saw more finger-pointing than accountability when problems arose. Professional development was non-existent. More focus on opening new locations than on building a solid foundation. Corporate employees must be in office 4 days a week and operate under tight budgets while leadership isn't held to the same standard.
