Pros

Not even air in this company

Cons

Just imagine you are hired as TA intern with the fake promise of ppo and they have plan to remove you on the basis of revenue you bring to the company. Does this sound sane? No right but guess what this is the truth. I have experienced and have left the company wothing 1 month ideally i would have left within a day but was curious how insane a company could be. They will give the target that too for intern just like full time employee and with lesser pay with different parameters of target but until you dont bring revenge you are worthless on this planet. That what i heard. Thats the same sentence was spoken by the CEO. How can a TA person bring revenue? There are endless problems in this company but nothing can compete with nonsense of the CEO. Firstly there is no leave policy monday to Saturday working with festival off llus you cant get sick. Secondly there is no coordination between ceo and the co founder. They fight like brother and sister. I mean come on you are the founder. He is so biased. This month i have target of 10 next month is 2000%. Not even himslef can do that but expect you to complete that, without any training induction or onboarding.

Pros

This is honestly a great place to grow as an Early Career Software Engineer. What I loved most was being encouraged to take full ownership of my projects. The problem statements they gave me were genuinely interesting and got me excited to dive in each day. Sure, the work was technically challenging, but that's what made it so rewarding when I finally cracked a tough bug or implemented a complex feature successfully. I really appreciated having the freedom to brainstorm my own solutions and bounce ideas off my teammates. But what truly made it fulfilling was realizing that the products I was building would actually reach thousands of users. Knowing that my code was making a real difference in people's daily lives, that's the kind of impact that makes all the late debugging sessions worth it.

Cons

The "build fast, fail fast" culture, while great for learning, can sometimes result in errors reaching production, which adds pressure to respond quickly when things go wrong. Working six days a week also makes it tough to unwind and can be overwhelming, especially during busy periods. The fast pace and workload are challenging, and it can be hard to strike a healthy work-life balance at times.
