Pros
- Within each department you had someone you could succeed and do great work with - Healthy competition could be found if you looked for it - Food supplies were plenty and the office was pleasant to work in
Cons
- Management/leadership - Communication problems from leadership - Key leaders (not all) used ego and power to define decisions. - Confusion due to the above issues, and thus long term goals became less clear as time went on.
