Remote friendly. Leadership are open, attentive and flexible for work-life balance. Newly integrated maternity leave.

Cons

Intense work environment. Health benefits not very comprehensive. 401k match is zero (was discretionary 2-6% in past years). No performance reviews or raises in 5 years for many on the team, although we were requesting both annually.
