      Pros

      Great company aspirations and movement towards more sustainable farming. Great coworkers from all sorts of backgrounds.

      Cons

      They pay decently I think but expect a lot of work from my department. Equipment goes down and they still expect you to meet the daily targets or to stay late to finish when our shifts are 12 hours. Turnover rate seems pretty high but this location did just open last year and improvements are still being made.

      Health insurance, consistent work, occasional pizza

      Cons

      Poor communication between management teams. Repetitive and boring tasks. Equipment is often dirty and unsanitary. Cold working environment with no provided jacket, toque, or mitts.
