Pros

They set the Towns you work....the territory but they will decide what towns you work...many times not in your territory! Most of the towns are very small 2-3000 and are being worked by the companies other divisions.....a small town wont support 3 different book programs! If this territory has been worked before ....you will find that accounts are sold at very small contract amounts which you must re sell at 3 to 4 times the amount!!! Wont happen....The Heritage program is the only viable product and that still depends on area. Program , product, and company are very dated and not trust worthy! Don,t waste your time...they churn through reps and even if you take the Draw you wont be paid until week 3....and then only for week number 1! You will never see the money for weeks 1 and 2. THEY KNOW HOW TO WORK THEIR SYSTEM!!!! Christian in name only...don't waste your time...you will make more money at WalMart

Cons

Management, program, and competition which is the other divisions of GWP selling similar product to the exact same business owners. These towns are very small and there is an even smaller amount of business owners that are willing to support this type of program and VERY few that will pay the asking price....you will be forced to sell very low and make nothing!!! They churn through reps.....I found out there were 3 before me in just 3 months!!!

Thank you for the feedback, it is disappointing to hear that someone had a difficult experience with a position in our company. We have for over 76 years worked to provide opportunities to sales professionals where they can provide a very good living for their families' while doing something good for communities in their territories. Certainly this position is not for everyone but many people have been very successful. But, we would not have made it 76 years if we were dishonest and sales people did not do well. We have over 80 sales people in 43 states who are able to sell our programs in the communities they work. This is not an accurate representation of our company, our ownership or management. We strive to treat everyone fairly and encourage them to be as successful as they can be. As for the description of the businesses that sponsor our programs or the towns we sell this is completely false. We sell towns between 3,000-20,000. Many sponsors participate in multiple programs, because they desire to do good in their community. Most towns have very little overlap between programs and it causes very little difficulty for our sales representatives.
