      Pros

      Free food, a few good people, flexible time off. Used to give half day Fridays, not sure how long those will last.

      Cons

      No growth opportunities, management already has favorites. Very little training, just throw you out to the wolves. Buyers are also very picky who they decide to do deals with. Very political. Rumors spread like wild fire there, making employees feel on edge. Management has little idea how the market works and does very little to understand or improve.

      Pros

      Staff are very patient and understanding. Everyone helps each other. It's a welcoming environment with friendly faces. Training is available. Chef is on location to cook samples.

      Cons

      Management gets buried in meetings. Salary could be better.
