the best thing about working at good shepherd was doing something new and i feel being a dietary aide at the nursing home was helping with the elderly so that was fun and exciting to do and meeting new people getting to know the residents

there was really no challenges to face working there

The residents are the best thing about this job! You can easily get attached to some of them because for some the employees become like family to them.

The bad thing about this job is the scheduling, the supervisor would add you to the schedule and not make you aware of it. You just never knew if your relief would show up for work, many times you were left to work over because the second shift would not show up for work!
