Patients and employees are our highest priorities! It's fun to show gratitude toward our employees. When employees are appreciated and provided for they are happier; their attitude carries forward to the patient. WIN-WIN. While it can be challenging to keep up with insurance changes in order to provide for the patient, our representatives work hard to navigate the details and ensure good patient relations.

Pros

Most everyone I worked with I have stayed in contact with. Small business with lots of great people. It afforded me the chance to move to better experiences.

Cons

I worked HARD. A top seller making more than the required calls a day. I would venture to say I went above and beyond the call of duty for almost a year... despite being cross trained in several different areas and doing far more work than my cohorts (including our team lead) I went months with out a raise; as I watched others with just a month or two in tenure to me receive several raises. I felt unappreciated, and taken advantage of. I worked tirelessly to give exceptional, accurate customer service, while often times others lacked motivation or focus.

Thank you for your work while at the company. I'm glad you made strong acquaintances while at Good Night Medical - as you wrote, there are a lot of great people who work at Good Night Medical. We appreciate our knowledgeable and skilled employees. In 2020, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the average tenure for employees in companies providing health services other than hospitals was 3.4 years. More than one quarter of our workforce has been with the company well beyond 3.4 years because we offer good benefits, perks, and an environment that supports one to seek out change and embrace continuous improvement.
