Good Neighbor Community Services

Is this your company?

Deceptive. Pay is contingent on if you see your clients. The clients often cancels, so pay is inconsistent. - Behavioral Health Specialist Good Neighbor Community Services Employee Review

Pros

Often have team meetings in which the supervisors provide informative trainings and support. Majority fieldwork, however you report from home.

Cons

Not a place to work if you're trying to have financial stability. The pay is inconsistent. If working with children for intensive in-home, very difficult to make full time hours.

Pros

Clients are amazing and some management really cares about employees and our clients great deal of overtime available thorough training practices

Cons

Other DSPs do not understand the kind of work they are doing. I have seen numerous other employees come into work high or drunk and also smoking weed on the premises while caring for these people that need them to be in a clear state of mind to tend to them.
