Good place to work at - Guest Ambassador Good Hotel Employee Review

- good colleagues - PMS is a plus as is simple and strength forward to use

- bad meals on duty - difficult product (hotel) to work with - when thinks break down, takes forever to get fixed - a lot of the time you are expected to work multiple jobs, outside of your main duties - overtime is expected but not paid - not much of a support from top management - low pay

Very friendly environment and good working conditions. Also it a business that is based around charity.

I do not think there any meaningful downsides to the place
