      Pros

      - good colleagues - PMS is a plus as is simple and strength forward to use

      Cons

      - bad meals on duty - difficult product (hotel) to work with - when thinks break down, takes forever to get fixed - a lot of the time you are expected to work multiple jobs, outside of your main duties - overtime is expected but not paid - not much of a support from top management - low pay

      Chill environment, good service charge, great location, good place to learn and practice barista skills, provide training. Events aren't so hard to cater at

      Very friendly environment and good working conditions. Also it a business that is based around charity.
