      The only thing is the benefits are good.

      Cons

      No one willing to help! It’s always did you take your classes if you ask for help. They gossip too much and all the managers are glorified managers! You can’t do your job cause they micro manages!! They sneaky, don’t pay their bills, and most of all NO ONE in corporate knows anything! They highered all these college people with no property management experience or tax credit experience..

      Pros

      Good Harbor is doing new and exciting things in a traditionally boring industry. The company has incredible management which creates an open and fun culture. Each position has a ton of independence to experiment to find other ways to do things. The company, is small enough to be nimble but holds incredible potential in it's growth.

      Cons

      The size of the company is somewhat limiting in exploring other career paths within the company. Management is encouraging but also somewhat hands off which can sometimes detract from a more focused corporate direction...
