      Not a single pro to this job.

      Cons

      I was fired due to retaliation and discrimination when I’m the only guard that showed up to my designated shifts and worked my whole shift. Multiple guards have been called on with horrible complaints and nothing is done about it. Their checks ALWAYS bounce. They can communicate at all, and the really think the world just owes them. They didn’t even have my check ready until a week after I was fired.

      Awesome boss . Samir is the best boss Ive ever had. Plenty of hours if your looking stack up quick.

      Some of the people at certain sites are a bit different. You really need to know how to talk to people.

      Drive around from site to site, helping guards and assisting clients.

      Cons

      The company uses you as a flex officer instead of a supervisor. They pull you from your supervisory duties to fill in at posts when guards call off on a daily basis.
