      Overtime is rare to find for most people that aren't management.

      Relationship with manager, supervisors, and hourly associates is unmatched.

      Cons

      Benefits and retirement are the only drawbacks for this company. cannot retire from their profit sharing and vacation is 2 weeks/10days for awhile.
