      - Lots of good and passionate people working across the business - Generous beer allowance - Ok salary - Most departments run well

      Cons

      - Marketing Department is chronically dysfunctional - Senior Leaders are very old fashioned. Behaviour can be highly toxic at times. Every decision is a gut decision. Loudest voice always wins. There's always someone else to blame. - Annual pay-rise is sub-CPI - No career progression - Everything's an emergency
