Its a great place to get to learn the OTR transport business.

Not one single con did I encounter.

Flexible start time, most employees can work from home if they kiss up or are friends with upper management.

The hot potato policy is the best way to describe this company. If someone is in the wrong, that person will try their hardest to place the blame on another department/employee instead of learning from their mistakes and moving forward. When you try to make suggestions on how to improve things around there, it gets ignored/shut down. The office environment is disgusting. Multiple employees have tried to get management to renovate the place due to mouse infestation to no avail. The dayporter does not clean the restrooms, does not mop, does not even wipe down windows.. he stands around and distracts the office workers from doing their job.
