Pros

Honestly, I feel like there is a lot of SaaS sales cultures that are just bad. So far (3 months in) I feel like the goals, quota, and KPIs are all achievable, and that management actually wants me to grow and fine tune my skills. Managers aren't hovering over you or micromanaging. I also hear from other people that we get paid pretty darn good for compared to other SaaS sales orgs. Also, we have a 70/30 split for base/commission OTE which I think is pretty generous.

Cons

3 days a week in office might be a con for some, but I like it. Maybe wish it was a bit more flexible. Also no retirement matching benefit. For my role you kind of have to work 8am-5pm to be truly successful, so don't plan on cheating working hours.

Pros

Amazing company to work at, it's definitely hard work but it's worth it on a sales and monetary perspective.

Cons

You wear a LOT of hats and have a ton of responsibilities.
