Thanks for taking the time to provide your feedback. I was happy to read about your thoughts about our product (I 100% agree!). I’m sorry to hear that you feel the mid-market team was demoted. That’s not the case. In fact, the MM team has never been so important to Gong. We’re constantly listening to our teams to understand what’s working and what can be improved. In this case, we incorporated team feedback to improve MM lead volume, the TAM definition, and standardize our processes.
