Thanks for taking the time to write a thoughtful review. I appreciate your honesty. It’s nice to hear you enjoyed working with awesome people and love the product. I’m sorry to hear about your frustrations. Reducing our workforce was an extremely difficult decision. You’re right that Gong is proud of its #NoSugar operating principle and employees should feel that management is being transparent and candid with them at all times. I think our CEO’s letter (https://www.gong.io/blog/a-difficult-company-update/) about the decision lives up to that, but understand the situation was painful, regardless.
