      Pros

      Managers are incredible - truly have your back and best interest in mind. Leadership is transparent and keeps the whole org in the loop. Company principles are lived and breathed.

      Cons

      Growing crazy fast so processes change/break relatively often. You have to be flexible - but that's half the fun.
