      -We care about our customers! -Dynamic work environment (could be a Con I suppose). -The technology works! (and we're willing to prove it in a no-cost pilot). -With such growth comes opportunity - and lots of it.

      Cons

      -Things change, so can you adapt? It's not for everyone. -Still building the infrastructure to support such rapid growth.
