Pros
Gong has a great product that is really helping customers and is led by a very experienced team. Selling to sales people is a nice change and makes it easier to identify with customers. Compensation is good and the team is a lot of fun. I think there is a lot of money to be made in the next couple of years.
Cons
It is a small company and everyone works hard which I enjoy. If that is not what you are looking for, it could be a con.
